Ingredients:
4 cups soaked oat groats (2 cups dry)
1 cup – 2cups raw milk (I used almond milk
2 tablespoons of honey (or agave or maple syrup)
2 large medjool dates (or 2 tablespoons raisins)
cinnamon to taste
pinch of sea salt

Directions:

Soaked the oat groats in atleast 4 cups of water for 6 -18 hours. Wash VERY well.
Add all your ingredients in a blender or a food processor, and blend until desired consistancy. Adjust to your taste, you might want to add nutmeg, more cinnamon, maybe some stevia or something else.
If you like “milky” oatmeal, add more raw nut milk, if you want it more “mooshy” add less.
